Sprint 100 Yards, 4 Pushups, 4 Star Jumps, 4 Lunge Steps
Sprint 150 Yards, 8 Pushups, 6 Star Jumps, 6 Lunge Steps
Sprint 200 Yards, 8 Pushups, 8 Star Jumps, 8 Lunge Steps
Sprint 250 Yards, 10 Pushups, 10 Star Jumps, 10 Lunge Steps
…continue adding 50 yards to the sprint and 2 reps to each of the exercises until time expires.
