WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells.

Complete 18 minutes of work (*note: This is not an AMRAP! Quality over Quantity!

10 Dumbbell Plank Rows (5/side)

8 Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift

6 Walking Dumbbell Lunge Step (Low Carry)

4 Dumbbell Thrusters

2 Dumbbell Shoulder Press

Rest or Run/walk 100 meters to recover.

Record the weight of your dumbbells.
