SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank hold.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None

Complete 3 rounds of the following

Run 200 meters

Rest the same amount of time it took to run the 200 meters

Run 400 meters

Rest the same amount of time it took to run the 400 meters

Run 600 meters

Rest the same amount of time it took to run the 600 meters

Record your time.
