FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching      followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Mountain Climbers (each leg is 1 rep).

Complete 5 Rounds of the following as quickly as possible

Run 0.2 miles

15 Dumbbell Suitcase Deadlifts

12 Dumbbell Front Squats

9 Dumbbell Push Press

If you complete the above in under 20 minutes, rest 1 minute, then perform 3 rounds of the following as quickly as possible

15 Glute Bridges

15 Situps
