08/02/2014 – Running Endurance Training

Join us in Barrett Park today at 9:00 for Running Endurance Training.

SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing Device.

Complete the following

Run 5 minutes

***Rest 3 minutes***

Run 3 minutes

***Rest 2 minutes***

Run 1 minute

***Rest 2 minutes***

Run 3 minutes

***Rest 3 minutes***

Run 5 minutes

DONE!

Record your distance covered for each interval and your total distance covered.
