THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 1 minute Plank Hold.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

8 One Arm Kettlebell Swings (right arm)

8 One Arm Kettlebell Push Press  (right arm)

8 One Arm Kettlebell Swings (left arm)

8 One Arm Kettlebell Push Press  (left arm)      

Sprint 150 Yards
