TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by 15 Squats, 10 Pushups, and 30 Mountain Climbers.

Workout:    Complete the following as quickly as possible.

Every minute on the minute, perform 5 Burpees. Use the remaining time in each minute to perform as many Kettlebell Swings as possible. Once the minute has elapsed, you will need to perform 5 burpees again before continuing to accumulate reps on the Kettlebell Swings. Once you have accumulated a total of 75 Kettlebell swings you are finished. Keep a running total of your swings and rest as needed, HOWEVER, you MUST ALWAYS perform the required 5 burpees each minute. If you choose to rest in the remaining time during that 1 minute interval and not perform any KB Swings, no problem, but you will start the next minute again with 5 burpees.
