08/01/2016: Bodyweight Workout with Pushups, Squats, and V-Ups

August means school is getting ready to begin! Time for the amazing, dedicated faculty and staff at Woodward Academy to show everyone what it means to be #WOODWARDStrong!

Workout #213 of 366 (2016)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.


Set the clock for 16 minutes.

Run 0.6 miles

Then in the remaining time,

Complete as many rounds as possible

9 Pike Pushups or Pushups

15 V-ups or Leg Lifts

21 Squats      

Record your 0.6-mile time and your rounds completed.
