SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing Device.

Complete the following

4 Rounds:

50-Yard Sprint, Rest 30 seconds

100-Yard Sprint, Rest 45 seconds

200-Yard Sprint, Rest 60 seconds

DONE!

Record your splits for each interval.
