Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by 50 Jumping Jacks, 5 ten-yard sprints, and 10 lungesteps

Workout:    Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

Sprint 100 meters

10 Dips

10 Squats

10 Situps
