WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells

“Mo Tabata, Mo Problem!”

Complete the following exercises using the Tabata Protocol 8 rounds/exercise; 1 round = 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest). There is no additional rest between exercises.

Pushups

Situps

Dumbbell Plank Rows

Goblet Squats  (use 1 DB)

Mountain Climbers   

Record your lowest total reps in any round for each exercise.
