TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching      followed by 5 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 15 Jumping Jacks             .

Complete 4 rounds of the following as quickly as possible

30 seconds Hollow Rocks

15 Burpees                                      

9 Dumbbell Thrusters  (use a HEAVY pair of dumbbells)

30 seconds Plank
