Reminder: Running Endurance Training this Saturday at 9:00 AM in Barrett Park. The class is free and open to everyone. Come out and learn how to improve your run times!

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Buy-In:MAX rep Pushups. Form must remain perfect or your set is complete.

Complete as much of the following as possible in 12 minutes

50-Yard Sprint

5 V-ups

5 Star Jumps

100-yard Sprint

10 V-ups

10 Star Jumps

200-Yard Sprint

15 V-ups

15 Star Jumps

300-Yard Run/Sprint

20 V-ups

20 Star Jumps

400-Yard Run/Sprint

25 V-ups

25 Star Jumps

…continue adding 100 yards to the sprint and 5 reps to each exercise until time elapses…

Rest 2 minutes, then…

Cash-out: MAX rep Pushups. Form must remain perfect or your set is complete.

Record your rounds and number of pushups.
