SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by 2 rounds of 10 pushups and 10 squat jumps.

Workout:    “Jump, Run, Jump, Sit”

Complete the following 5 times as quickly as possible

50 Jumps Rope Skips

Run 400 meters

50’ of broad jumps

25 Situps
