Complete the following
#1: 5 Minutes
Every 30 seconds, Complete the following
***REST 2 minutes***
#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes
12 Reverse Lunge Steps (6/leg)
FRIDAY FLAB AWAY
2 Rounds:
45 seconds Plank Drags, 15 seconds REST
45 seconds Hollow Body Hold, 15 seconds REST
Record the weight of the Kettlebell used and rounds completed in #2.
