SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching      followed by 5 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 15 Jumping Jacks             .

Complete the following as quickly as possible

Run 1 mile

75 Pushups

150 Situps

300 Squats

Run 1 mile

Pushups, Situps and Squats can be broken into as many sets needed and performed in any order you choose. Have fun!
