Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretchesfollowed by 3 rounds of 5 Squats, 5 Situps, 5 Burpees

40 Lunge steps (20/leg)

10 Turkish Getups (5/arm)

30 Stepups/Jumps onto object at least 16 inches tall

30 Lunge Steps (15/leg)

10 Turkish Getups (5/arm)

30 Stepups/Jumps onto object at least 16 inches tall

20 Lunge Steps (15/leg)

10 Turkish Getups (5/arm)

30 Stepups/Jumps onto object at least 16 inches tall

Post total time to comments.                                                                                        

When finished, perform five 100 meter sprints, resting nomore than 30 seconds between each. The sprints should be all out effort.
