Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

40 seconds Bird Dogs, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Dead Bugs, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Floor Slides, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Lateral Band Walk, 20 seconds REST

#2: Complete 3 Rounds

40 seconds Pushup-to-Plank, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Speed Skaters, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Burpeesor Squat Thrusts, 20 seconds REST
