SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

Run!

Complete the following

Run 1 minute, REST 1 minute

Run 1 minute, Rest 50 seconds

Run 1 minute, Rest 40 seconds

Run 1 minute, Rest 30 seconds

Run 1 minute, Rest 20 seconds

Run 1 minute, Rest 10 seconds

Run 1 minute, Rest 20 seconds

Run 1 minute, Rest 30 seconds

Run 1 minute, Rest 40 seconds

Run 1 minute, Rest 50 seconds

Run 1 minute, DONE!
