FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching      followed by 5 Pushups, 10 Squats, 15 Jumping Jacks and 60 seconds Plank      .

“The Olympics”

Complete each of the following “events” in order. Record your time for each event.

Event #1: 100 meter Sprint, REST 1 minute

Event #2: 50 Kettlebell Snatch  (alternate arms each rep), REST 1 minute

Event #3: 200 meter Sprint, REST 1 minute

Event #4: 10 Turkish Getups, REST 1 minute

Event #5: 400 meter Sprint, REST 1 minute

Event #6: 50 Russian Twists(each side is ½ rep), REST 1 minute
