TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching

followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing Device.

#1:Kettlebell Complex

Complete 5 Rounds of the following complex:

5 Swings(Strong Arm)

1 Clean(Strong Arm)

3 Press(Strong Arm)

1 Squat(Strong Arm)

5 Kettlebell Snatch(Strong Arm)

*Repeat on Stronger Arm*

**Rest 90 seconds between rounds**

#2:Finisher!

3 Rounds:

20 X-Situps

Sprint 50 yards

10 Burpees    

Sprint 50 yards

Record your time for each workout!
