TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretchesfollowed by 25 Squats and 15 Pushups.

Workout:   “More Cowbell…Less Kettlebell…Please!”

 3 Rounds of the following:

1 minute Max Rep Kettlebell Clean and Press                          

1 minute Max Rep Burpees (jump is with the kettlebell!)

1 minute Max Rep Kettlebell Swings

1 minute Max Rep Kettlebell Goblet Squats

1 minute Max Rep Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pull

1 minute Rest

The trip to Boston over the weekend was awesome. I got to sit on the Monster at Fenway! I didn't sit like this the whole game…just a few innings…haha!

 

WEEK #8 3-Minute Challenge: This is the last challenge. Are you up for it? How many MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS can you perform in 3 minutes? Knees must touch elbows for the rep to count. Each leg counts as 1 rep.
