THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Jump Rope

#1: Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, complete the following

30 Jump Rope Skips

7 Pushups

***REST 2 minutes before #2***

#2: Complete 4 rounds of the following

Run 0.25 miles (HARD!)

Rest 90 seconds

Record your split times for the runs.
