Reminder:  Running Endurance Training this Saturday at 9:00 AM in Barrett Park.

THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs (hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete as 3 Rounds of the following

10 Russian Kettlebell Swings

2 V-ups, 2 Close Grip Pushups, 2 Goblet Squats

15 Russian Kettlebell Swings

3 V-ups, 3 Close Grip Pushups, 3 Goblet Squats

25 Russian Kettlebell Swings

5 V-ups, 5 Close Grip Pushups, 5 Goblet Squats

50 Russian Kettlebell Swings

Rest 1 minute.

Record your time for each round and your total time including rest for rounds 1 and 2.
