TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching      followed by 5 Pushups, 10 Squats, 15 Jumping Jacks and 60 seconds Plank      .

3 Mini Workouts – Rest 1 minute between each workout

#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 9 minutes

9 Dumbbell Suitcase Deadlifts

3 Burpees

30 Yard Sprint (15 yards out and back)

***REST 1 MINUTE***

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes

20 Lateral Jumps (over Dumbbell)

10 Situps

5 Dumbbell Thrusters

***REST 1 MINUTE***

#3: Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes

7 Squats   

7 Tuck Jumps
