Reminder:  Running Endurance Training this Saturday at 9:00 AM in Barrett Park.

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 5 minutes of Squat Therapy.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete 3 Rounds of the following

Run 0.4 miles

25-Yard Bear Crawl

20 Squats

25-Yard Crab Walk

20 Split Jumps (total)

***When you finish, spend time with bands, a foam roller or lacrosse balls working on your mobility.***
