TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

Complete the following as quickly as possible

200 Double Unders(Modification info: Substitute 4 rounds of 40 Jump Rope Skips+ 10 Double Under attempts – misses count!)

100 Russian Kettlebell Swings

50 Box Jumps  (use a platform at least 16” high for jumping)

25 Pullups(Modification info: Substitute 50 Pushupsif you do not have a pullup bar available
