TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps  (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  One Dumbbell

Complete 5 Rounds of the following

5 One Arm Dumbbell Snatch  (right)

5 Dumbbell Windmills  (right)

5 One-Arm Dumbbell Overhead Press (right)

5 One Arm Dumbbell Snatch  (left)

5 Dumbbell Windmills  (left)

5 One-Arm Dumbbell Overhead Press  (left)

200-Yard Sprint
