SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Every minute on the minute for 17 minutes perform the following. If you have time remaining in the minute, you get to rest.

6 Dumbbell Push Press

4 Broad Jumps

2 Burpees
