Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

Run 5K.

There is a small group from Barrett Park and Woodward running the BATL 5K race this morning…come out and join us! Good luck runners!
