TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups,10 Squats, and MAX time Plank hold.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

Kettlebell Complex Day!

Complete 10 Rounds of the following complex

1 Swing

1 Clean

1 Press

1 Squat

1 Snatch

1 Swing

***Repeat on stronger arm***

Record the weight of your kettlebell and the total time to complete.
