07/19/2014 – BATL Double Quick 5K today!

SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups,10 Squats, and MAX time Plankhold.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Timing Device

Hill Day!

Complete 10 Rounds of the following using a medium length, moderately steep hill.

Sprint 20 seconds

60 seconds to recover back to the bottom

Record your distance covered per interval.
