MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Mini Band (I have them for you, Barrett Park Crew!)

Complete 4 Rounds of the following sequence

40 seconds Lateral Band Walk (left), 20 seconds Banded Squats

30 seconds REST

40 seconds Lateral Band Walk (right), 20 seconds Banded Squats

30 seconds REST

40 seconds Pushups, 20 seconds Squat Thrusts

30 seconds REST

40 seconds X-Situps, 20 seconds V-ups

30 seconds REST

Record your results. (modifications, reps, etc.)
