Good luck to our runners in the BATL DoubleQuick 5K tomorrow in Kirkwood!

FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Jump Rope, Dumbbells

Complete 4 Rounds of the following

1 minute Jump Rope Skips

Then…Complete as many rounds as possible in 2 minutes

4 Pushups

4 Dumbbell Thrusters

***Rest 1 minute between each of the 5 rounds***

Record your total rounds.

FRIDAY FlAB AWAY!

2 Rounds:

15 Side Plank with Leg Lift (Right)

15 Side Plank with Leg Lift (Left)

15 Russian Twists (each side is ½ rep, use Dumbbell)

15 V-ups

15 Mountain Hoppers (each leg is ½ rep)
