SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing Device.

Run 200 meters (mile pace), Rest 90 seconds

Run 400 meters (5K pace), Rest 90 seconds

Run 800 meters (10K pace), Rest 90 seconds

Run 1600 meters (Half/Marathon pace), Rest 90 seconds

Run 800 meters (10K pace), Rest 90 seconds

Run 400 meters (fast as possible), Rest 90 seconds

Run 200 meters (fast as possible), Rest 90 seconds
