Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching    followed by 15 Pushups, 15 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises. Accumulate as many reps as possible for each exercise. Add all rounds together to determine your total score.

1 minute Hot Potato Squats

1 minute Dumbbell Push Press             

1 minute 20 yard Shuttle Run  (10 yards out, 10 yards back)

1 minute  Dips

1 minute Grasshoppers

1 minute REST
