Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.


Complete 4 Rounds of the following

45 seconds Russian Kettlebell Swings, 15 seconds REST

45 seconds Suitcase Carry, 15 seconds REST (rounds 1&3 left, rounds 2&4 right)

45 seconds Reverse Lunge Steps, 15 seconds REST

45 seconds 180-degree Jump Squats, 15 seconds REST

Record your weight used.


3 Rounds:

10 Side Plank with Leg Lift (Right)

10 Side Plank with Leg Lift (Left)

10 V-ups
