TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

#1: Complete 5 sets of 2 reps (per arm) Turkish Getups  (Heavy)

***Rest to recovery before beginning #2***

#2: Every minute on the minute for 16 minutes, complete the following

ODD MINUTES:

5 Squat Thrust Deadlifts (use Kettlebell)

7 Goblet Squats

EVEN MINUTES:

20 Russian Kettlebell Swings

Record your results. Weight used and any modifications.
