Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell
#1: 5 x 10 One Arm Kettlebell Swings (per arm)
***Rest 1 minute***
#2: 5 x 1 (per arm) Getups (use the same KB)
***Rest to recovery before beginning #2***
