SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 15 Pushups, 15 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

As usual…here is your LONG Saturday workout.

Complete the following as quickly as possible

Run 1 Mile

25 Box Jumps

15 Dumbbell Push Press

5 Burpees

Run 0.25 miles

25 Dumbbell Push Press

15 Burpees

5 Box Jumps

Run 0.25 miles

25 Burpees

15 Box Jumps

5 Dumbbell Push Press

Run 1 mile
