07/12/2016: Kettlebell Swings, Goblet Squats and Pushups!

A little #couplestherapy with some slam balls, kettlebell swings, burpees, and farmer's carries!

TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete 8 Rounds:

15 Russian Kettlebell Swings

3 Goblet Squats

5 Pushups

Record your time and weight used.
