07/12/2015 – The Swing into Summer Challenge begins today!

The Swing into Summer Challenge starts today and we're kicking it off TODAY with a Free Kettlebell Swing Clinic at Atlanta Strength and Conditioning – Vinings. Please join us for a swingin' good time!

SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete 7 Rounds:

25 Russian Kettlebell Swings

10 V-ups

Record your time and weight used.
