“Two heads are better than one!”
For today’s workout, you’ll partner up with someone of similar ability and storm through the following movements as quickly as possible. There is a 20 minute time limit to complete the workout. If you finish all tasks before time has elapsed, start through it again. Both partners are free to work simultaneously on the same movement or you can work separately on movements. However, each partner is required to perform at least 10 reps of each exercise and run at least 0.2 miles.
20 Turkish Getups (alternate arms)
100 Mountain Climbers (each leg is one rep)
100 Goblet Squats (use Kettlebell)
400 Jump Rope Skips
1 mile run (combined)
0.2 miles of Walking Lunge Steps
Partner Carry 100 feet (can alternate carrying each other, but you must accumulate a total of 100 feet. You may use any method you’d like to carry your partner, but you may not drag, throw, or use wheeled devices and sleds)
