MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None.

New Bodyweight Complex!

Complete 10 Rounds or 20 minutes (whichever comes first!) of the following complex

Round #1:

1 Pushup

1 Squat Thrust

1 Lunge Step (per leg)

1 Reverse Lunge Step (per leg)

1 Squats

1 Broad Jumps

Sprint 100 Yards

Round #2:

2 Pushups

1 Squat Thrusts

2 Lunge Steps (per leg)

1 Reverse Lunge Steps (per leg)

2 Squats

1 Broad Jumps

Sprint 100 Yards

Rounds #3-10:

3-10 Pushups

1 Squat Thrusts

3-10 Lunge Steps (per leg)

1 Reverse Lunge Steps (per leg)

3-10 Squats

1 Broad Jumps

Sprint 100 Yards

Get it? Add 1 rep to the Pushups, Lunge Steps and Squats every round.
