Reminder: Running Endurance Training TOMORROW at 9:00 AM in Barrett Park. The class is free and open to everyone.

FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Dumbbells

Complete 4 Rounds of the following

50 seconds Dumbbell Plank Rows, 10 seconds REST

50 seconds Squat Thrust Deadlifts, 10 seconds REST

50 seconds Dumbbell Push Press, 10 seconds REST

Record the weight of your dumbbells.
