Warmup: Run/Jump Rope 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by 10 squats, 10 pushups, 20 situps, and a 1-minute plank hold.


In 20 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible of the following exercises

5 Burpees

10 Squats

20 Lungesteps (10/leg)


Try this RECIPE for a healthier BBQ sauce.  It's quick to make and doesn't contain all the crap found in store bought BBQ sauce. I made it last night to go along with the Pork Butt I smoked all day long on the greatest cooking device ever invented, THE BIG GREEN EGG. The pork butt was awesome and the sauce went along great with the smoky and spicy flavor of the meat.
