Reminder:  Running Endurance Training this Saturday (07/12/2014) at 9:00 AM at Barrett Park. Please feel free to bring friends and family to the class. This is a free class open to anyone interested in endurance sports.

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Jump Rope

#1: Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes,

Sprint 100 yards, recover in the remaining time of each minute.

#2: Complete 3, 4, or 5 rounds of the following (12 minute cap)

50 Jump Rope Skips OR 50 Double Unders

10 Body Blasters

50-Yard Bear Crawl

Record your rounds and the time to complete.
