The Swing into Summer Challenge is coming and we're kicking it off this SUNDAY with a Free Kettlebell Swing Clinic at Atlanta Strength and Conditioning – Vinings. Please join us for a swingin' good time!

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

Partner Workout:

Each person must complete 20 rounds alternating arms each round (10 rounds/arm). One partner does a round while the other partner rests. When both partners are finished, run or walk 0.25 miles together.

5 One Arm Kettlebell Swings

3 Kettlebell Cleans

5 One-Arm Kettlebell Front Squats

3 One Arm Kettlebell Press

Record the weight of your kettlebell and any modifications you made.
