SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching      followed by 15 Pushups, 15 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Complete 150 Kettlebell Swings   as quickly as possible.

BUT…Every minute on the minute you must perform 5 Burpees. In the remaining time each minute, perform Kettlebell Swings  until you reach 150 reps.
