07/07/2016: Fun with Kettlebells!

Playing around with Bottoms Up Pressing. Yes…that's my shaker bottle up there giving me some feedback and helping me correct any imbalances. #checkyourform

THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

Complete 5 Rounds of the following

30 seconds Bottom Up Kettlebell Carry (right arm – move any direction)

30 seconds Bottom Up Kettlebell Carry (left arm – move any direction)

30 seconds Goblet Squats

30 seconds Kettlebell Figure 8

30 seconds Hand-to-Hand Kettlebell Swings

**Rest 30 seconds between rounds**

Record your weight used.
